Free Flying Oregon is a mental health resource hub and wellness workshop center for young adults. We are located in Beaverton, Oregon and provide in-person workshops for the young adult population in and around Washington County. We also provide virtual resources and workshops that are accessible for all young adults who can and would like to participate.
Free Flying encourages young adults to proactively care for their mental wellness in order to prevent and mitigate the impact of future mental health crises. We use knowledge, community, and collaboration to empower young adults to take control of their own mental healthcare.

We know that there are good resources out there, but we also know that it can take a lot of energy to find them -- something that people don't always have enough of. We created our virtual mental health resource hub to direct users to the help that they need in a quick, convenient way.
We believe that people should live the lives they want and offer support in getting them there. To achieve this goal, we have curated wellness workshops focused on professional development, financial literacy, mental health skills, arts & culture, and community engagement. These free workshops teach, connect, and empower young adults to care for their mental wellness.
Everyone has the right to work and all workers have the right to a safe and healthy working environment. Work can be a protective factor for mental health, but it can also contribute to worsening mental health. Want to know what you can do to protect and promote mental wellness and support your employees with mental health conditions?
Free Flying focuses on empowering young adults, ages 18-29, to care for their general well-being and mental health. You do not need to currently be in treatment for or have a mental health diagnosis in order to utilize our services.
One of Free Flying's main pillars is financial stability and job fulfillment for young adults. In order to provide this, we work with local employers to help educate, facilitate networking, and provide workshops for employee mental wellness.
While our virtual resource hub offers resources specific to young adults, many of these are useful and translatable to the general public. Mental wellness is mental wellness whether you are 8 or 80.
