Free Flying encourages young adults to proactively care for their mental wellness in order to prevent and mitigate the impact of future mental health crises. We use knowledge, community, and collaboration to empower individuals to take control of their own mental healthcare.

Walk away with personalized strategies, a free beginner journal, and a creative framework for living intentionally. Hosted collaboratively by Allied Brands Collective and Free Flying, this workshop is designed for adults under 30 and domestic abuse survivors of all ages.
